All items are non-refundable UNLESS it arrives damaged, you will have a choice of a refund or replacement of the same or equal. Consumer must show proof item was delivered damaged and must be done at time of delivery. Items must be returned with all pieces received. When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
